Requirements for Alliance Professionals
Due to our stringent pre-qualification criteria, many people or their companies will not
be considered a part of our team or may be excluded from work on certain projects. As part of
our selection criteria evaluation, individual requirements are reviewed and updated. The minimum
standards are then either met or exceeded.
Pre-Qualification Criteria
We evaluate each candidate or their company based on a number of factors that include:

- Education;
- Demonstration of Insurability;
- Written and Communication Skills;
- Talent;
- Experience;
- Training;
- Personal Values;

- History of Quality Work.
