BB&J's senior professionals are educated in geology, hydrogeology, engineering, the law, biology, chemistry, and environmental science. These leaders are licensed in geology, hazardous materials management, engineering contracting, hazardous waste removal, environmental assessment, asbestos assessment, and erosion control. This team is supported by a technical staff of similarly qualified professionals and a full complement of experienced administrative and support personnel.

BB&J's core competencies are complemented by Alliance Members that serve the firm as independent contractors, bound by Master Services Agreements. The Alliance Members are located throughout the U.S., as well as Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, China, Europe, and South America. They are educated and licensed in technical areas that include civil engineering, hydrology, engineering geology, geotechnical engineering, chemical engineering, structural engineering, hydraulic engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, archaeology, hydrology, geophysics, and environmental sustainability. Alliance Members are available to participate on any BB&J project provided there is no conflict of interest.
