About Andrew Bajorat

Mr. Bajorat has provided environmental consulting services to a diverse client base since 1997, including those in the Federal and local government, telecommunications, heavy and light manufacturing, legal services, real estate, and transportation sectors. He has managed teams of geologists, chemists, natural resource specialists, environmental engineers, and environmental scientists to solve client problems.

As a consultant, Mr. Bajorat advises clients in areas of environmental remediation, environmental liability management, regulatory compliance, and formal dispute resolutions, including toxic tort and cost-share related litigation, mediation, and arbitration.  He has assisted a diverse client base evaluate such matters nationally and internationally, including Fortune/Global 500 Manufacturers, developers, retailers, law firms, US Navy, and US Army.
