Christina DiLeonardo is an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) compliance specialist with approximately 19 years of experience supporting environmental due diligence, regulatory compliance, EHS auditing, environmental data management, and merger and acquisition integration efforts. She has worked with public and private sector clients across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, energy, transportation, mining, oil and gas, technology, and government.

Ms. DiLeonardo specializes in helping organizations evaluate environmental risks, strengthen compliance programs, and integrate EHS requirements into business operations. Throughout her career, she has led domestic and international audit programs, supported regulatory compliance initiatives, and developed practical frameworks and data management systems that help clients effectively manage environmental obligations and operational risks.

Her experience includes projects throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico, as well as international audit programs extending into Europe, Asia, and Australia. She has supported federal agencies, including the U.S. Postal Service, U.S. Air Force, and National Park Service, helping organizations navigate complex environmental requirements while aligning compliance strategies with broader business and operational objectives.

Ms. DiLeonardo holds a Masters of Applied Science in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the College of Santa Fe.  She has completed OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER and OSHA 30-Hour Safety Training certifications.
