About David Flynn

Mr. Flynn has over 15 years of recruiting and Human Resource experience, most recently overseeing Talent Acquisition for a national collision organization.  He started his career as a recruiter with an aviation maintenance staffing company based in Oak Brook, IL in which he grew to oversee all support functions:  payroll, compliance, invoicing, and training of new recruiters. Dave is grateful to be back in a nimble organization with great growth opportunity supporting environmental consultants accomplish their professional goals.  Outside of work, he is most often found in the audience of comedy clubs, Chicago’s great theater scene, or music venues.  He and his wife, Stephanie, reside in Chicago with their dogs, Kiwi and Toby.
