David Scott is an environmental consultant with more than 28 years of experience delivering environmental due diligence, compliance auditing, and environmental risk management services across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and the Asia-Pacific region.

For more than two decades, he has led multidisciplinary environmental teams supporting complex transactions and development projects for multinational corporations, private equity firms, industrial and energy companies, manufacturers, and public-sector organizations worldwide. Mr. Scott specializes in environmental due diligence, environmental compliance auditing, soil and groundwater assessments, and environmental risk and liability evaluation. He helps clients identify environmental risks, assess potential liabilities, and develop practical, business-focused solutions that support acquisitions, divestitures, redevelopment initiatives, and ongoing regulatory compliance.

Throughout his career, Mr. Scott has supported projects across a diverse range of industries, including oil and gas, chemical manufacturing, mining, energy, transportation, infrastructure, waste management, agribusiness, data centers, and heavy industry. His experience spans environmental assessments, compliance auditing, permitting, remediation, and transaction support, enabling clients to make informed decisions, manage environmental liabilities, and achieve their business objectives while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Mr. Scott is an accredited ISO 14001 Lead Auditor and has managed large, multi-asset global audit programs supporting both EHS compliance and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Mr. Scott has also been responsible for establishing and managing environmental consulting practices across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
