Project Overview

Between May and June 2024, BBJ Group completed a comprehensive environmental due diligence and EHS compliance assessment project for a major multinational healthcare company. The project spanned at least nine facilities across seven countries, including United States, Singapore, Mexico, France, China, Italy, Ireland, and Germany. The scope of work included Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Limited Environmental, Health and Safety Compliance Reviews (LECR), and Limited Visual Surveys for suspect Asbestos-Containing Materials (ACM). The assessed facilities ranged from 14,550 to 786,000 square feet in size.
