About Kim Groff

Kim Groff is a licensed professional engineer with more than 18 years of experience leading complex environmental projects, specializing in human health risk assessment and contaminated site management. She has managed projects under Superfund, RCRA, TSCA, and state cleanup programs, overseeing everything from site characterization through remedy selection and stakeholder engagement with regulatory agencies and municipalities.

In addition to her technical leadership, Ms. Groff supports project management, proposal development, and staff mentoring while building strong, long-term client relationships. She has regularly worked with regulators, municipalities, and other stakeholders to advance projects efficiently toward closure.

Ms. Groff holds a master’s degree in environmental and water resources engineering from Princeton University and a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from Tufts University.
