Multi-Site EHS Compliance Assessment and Support for National Manufacturing Company

Project Overview

BBJ Group conducted comprehensive Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) assessments and provided compliance support for a major manufacturer of electric utility and infrastructure products across five facilities in the United States. The project addressed the client's need for thorough EHS evaluations and regulatory compliance assistance at their manufacturing locations. BBJ Group conducted in-depth EHS compliance audits at facilities in South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, and Illinois. These audits encompassed a wide range of environmental and safety regulations. BBJ Group provided specialized hazardous waste assistance and updated the Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plan for one South Carolina facility. Additional services included helping one facility resolve a Notice of Violation (NOV) related to hazardous waste management, delivering targeted EHS training, and implementing corrective actions identified during initial audits. The project culminated in detailed findings reports for each facility, including recommendations and cost estimates for addressing compliance gaps.
