Project Overview
Since 2000, BBJ Group has completed over 1,800 environmental due diligence projects for a nationwide telecommunications company across multiple states. These projects addressed the client's need for comprehensive environmental assessments and regulatory compliance for their expanding network infrastructure. BBJ Group conducted approximately 1,000 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, 200 in-building assessments, 75 Phase II subsurface investigations, and over 500 National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance evaluations. Our team's expertise extended to coordinating archaeological and architectural surveys, wetlands delineations, and endangered species habitat assessments. BBJ Group streamlined the NEPA compliance process, enabling the client to efficiently meet Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Tribal Best Practices Agreement requirements. This approach facilitated smoother permitting processes, reduced environmental costs, and ensured regulatory compliance across various property types.
