Ms. Miller is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager and ISO 14001 Lead Auditor with over 25 years of project management and technical experience in environmental compliance, regulatory support, and environmental assessment. Ms. Miller is highly proficient in conducting compliance audits and has developed and managed facility and corporate environmental policies and practices related to regulatory compliance. Ms. Miller has completed environmental permit applications under various regulatory programs and has developed plans associated with permit requirements for numerous clients. Ms. Miller has assisted facilities with transactional compliance projects providing client support from initial Site selection through managing everyday compliance matters after purchase. She has also prepared and represented facilities during regulatory inspections and provided facility and corporate environmental training for various regulatory programs such as Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Department of Transportation (DOT), Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC), and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP).  

Outside of work, Robin is a huge football fan who loves cheering on the West Virginia Mountaineers and Pittsburgh Steelers. She also loves spending time with her animals, being outdoors, and reading.
