RESERVE MANAGEMENT

Creating Shareholder Value

SEC Regulation S-K requires businesses to disclose future risks that are known to management and which are reasonably likely to have material effects on a company’s financial condition. BBJ Group has developed analytical models capable of forecasting project cost in detail, in terms of net present value. Coupling these cost projections with BBJ Group’s technical and regulatory expertise allows clients to plan appropriately to resolve environmental liabilities using appropriate measures.

BBJ Group also helps its clients prepare internal reports, which are useful for demonstrating progress to entity stakeholders. By releasing environmental reserve funds with technical justification, company executives demonstrate good management practice and effective use of resources for value creation.

BBJ Group’s work supports the narrative disclosure requirements and guidelines as prescribed by Sarbanes-Oxley regulations (SEC Regulations S-K Items 101, 103, and 303) and GAAP requirements specified by the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB).
